Through a Freedom of Information Action (FOIA) request, Chelsea Manning was able to obtain her prison mugshot taken in April 2015. This is the first photo of Chelsea available since her sentencing at court martial in the fall of 2013. These photos were taken the week she began HRT (hormone therapy).
